Key Responsibilities- Operate company aircraft in accordance with established company policies and procedures, adhering to FAR's, ICAO guidelines, and manufacturer's recommended configurations.
- Exceed customer expectations on each flight, providing options and solutions as flight times and business needs change.
- Embody our core value of Speed Matters.
- Maintain the cleanliness and preparedness of the aircraft for passengers.
- Proactively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS), identifying, reporting, and assisting in the mitigation of safety-related issues.
- Build relationships with passengers and collaborate with the team.
- Act with honesty and integrity, demonstrating self-accountability and a drive to exceed short- and long-term expectations.
- Maintain pilot proficiency and stay current with industry developments, including reading trade publications and attending simulator training.
- Write routine reports, correspondence, and speak effectively before internal and external groups.
- Assist the Director of Aviation, Director of Maintenance, or Chief Pilot with tasks outside of flight assignments and duties to advance the department.
- Airline Transport Pilot certificate with Multi-Engine rating.
- 2000 hours of Total Time.
- 1000 hours of Pilot-in-Command experience.
- 500 hours of Multi-Engine Time.
- Turbine Experience.
- First-class medical certificate.
- Excellent safety record, with no FAA violations, accidents, or incidents.
- Pass background checks, including TSA/HS regulations, and provide a copy of the FAA Airman Certification Record.
- Working knowledge of FAR Part 91 and 135 operations.
- Ability to travel 60-80% of the time.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Exceptional reliability and timeliness.
- Willingness to relocate and live within 1 hour of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in FAR Part 91 and 135 operations.
- Worldwide international experience (Europe, S. America, Asia).
- Challenger 350 Type Rating.
- Helicopter Experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity suite.
