About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Services Data Analytics Manager to join our team at Riveron Corp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing critical data-driven insights to support complex transactions involving private equity and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze extensive datasets using data management technologies to develop detailed EBITDA tables, net working capital analyses, and other key financial metrics.
  • Employ statistical software and programming languages to perform in-depth analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities within transaction data.
  • Utilize core accounting and financial due diligence skills to ensure all relevant data is reconciled or tied to key financial data of target companies.
  • Lead data-driven discussions in management meetings and translate complex data findings into clear, strategic recommendations for due diligence findings and transaction models.
  • Oversee the application of analytics platforms throughout the transaction lifecycle to ensure high-quality, data-driven decision-making and insights.
  • Mentor junior team members in data analysis techniques and tools, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • CPA and/or audit experience preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 5 years of total relevant experience involving a combination of financial due diligence for transaction services and data analytics.
  • Minimum 2 years of transaction experience focused on quality of earnings, net working capital, and cash flows.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with one or a combination of the following: data visualization tools, data management technologies, analytics platforms, statistical software, or programming languages.
  • Strong analytical rigor and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability and desire to travel as required based on client location.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $180,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits) and a dynamic work environment that fosters continuous learning and growth.
