Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical direction and oversight to the PACE team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Clinica Sierra Vista's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care for PACE patients.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for PACE patients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care and services provided.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided to PACE patients.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited medical school with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree.
  • Current California medical license and DEA certificate.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Geriatrics.
  • Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Competitive salary range of $300,000-$330,000 per year.

  • Sign-on bonus of up to $150,000 or mortgage subsidy up to $150,000.
