Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized goal-directed nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient care delivery
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- One year of Emergency Department nursing experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Registered Nurse License by date of employment required
- Health Care Provider BLS Certification required
- Valid PALS required
- ACLS certification
