Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on computer science, engineering, or a similar technical field.
  2. Experience: 0-3 years of experience working in a technical role.
  3. Agile Development Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Passion for User-Centered Design: Passion for building user-friendly and impactful products.
  6. Task Management and Prioritization: Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
  7. Builder Mentality: Builder mentality with proven experience in customer-facing roles.
  8. Programming Skills: Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in at least one relevant programming language.
  9. UX Principles and Practices: Demonstrated understanding of user experience (UX) principles and practices.
