About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Home Health Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at our Belmont Clinic location. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each child's unique needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one support to children with Autism, helping them develop essential skills and behaviors that enable them to thrive in their everyday lives. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting on client progress, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with our BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong passion for working with children with Autism, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a Registered Behavior Technician certification. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
