Position Overview:

The Savory Flavors division at Sensient Technologies is seeking a proactive individual with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance partnerships within the Food Away From Home (FAFH)/QSR market, promoting our premium, value-added flavor offerings to distinguished clients across the United States.
  • Collaborate with our commercial team to deliver tailored solutions for a diverse range of foodservice clients, leveraging internal resources to support your success.
  • Serve as the technical authority on Sensient products, providing education to clients regarding the benefits and applications of our offerings.
  • Engage with a wide spectrum of foodservice companies, from direct brands to co-manufacturers, to effectively position our products and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • A strategic mindset for business development and acquiring new accounts.
  • A proven track record of presenting highly technical, value-driven solutions to a professional audience.
  • A robust technical foundation in the QSR segment of the Food & Beverage industry.
  • The capability to navigate client accounts and collaborate with key decision-makers on innovative product development initiatives.
  • A strong drive and enthusiasm for achieving success.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a scientific discipline, complemented by at least 5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
