Position Summary:

Work at a premier mountain retail outlet and enjoy an exceptional benefits package. As a Retail Associate, you will be trained in all facets of selling the latest outdoor equipment, with no prior experience necessary. Your role will involve assisting guests with gear and services to enhance their outdoor adventures.

Position Specifications:

  • Expected Compensation: $21.00 per hour
  • Availability: Full-Time and Part-Time shifts
  • Experience Level: Entry-Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and possess in-depth product knowledge.
  • Equip guests with the latest outdoor gear - training will be provided.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards.
  • May involve additional tasks such as cashiering, equipment rentals, or supporting other departments.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Capability to stand and engage in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English is required.

A Retail Associate is a versatile team member who may work across various departments and roles, including:
