Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with autism, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral growth
  • Work closely with families to understand their needs and goals, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve them
  • Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve outcomes for children and families
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Passion for working with children and families affected by autism
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families
