We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in New York. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to patients within your scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in patient education and counseling to promote health and wellness.
Requirements:
  • Current New York LPN license.
  • 2 years of previous nursing experience.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
