  • Assist individuals with community involvement and participation in social, recreational, and leisure activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid PA driver's license and 2 years of driving experience.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English.
  • Participate and successfully complete required training, including CPR, First Aid, Med Administration, and Safe Crisis Management.
