We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team at ResourceMFG as an Assembly & Loading Specialist. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity with several growth opportunities available.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Load and unload heavy equipment and materials
- Assemble and disassemble equipment and parts
- Work in a fast-paced production environment
- Meet production standards and quality requirements
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 15-50lbs for 8-10 hour shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
