About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transaction Manager to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing real estate transaction activities, including assisting CBRE Transaction Managers and clients throughout the real estate documentation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and create a wide variety of analysis and relevant documents, including leases, subleases, LOI and RFP checklists, lease abstracts, and lease checklists.
  • Review business terms and conditions for commercial real estate products, including landlord/owner drafted leases, amendments, and other transaction documents.
  • Gather resources to complete elaborate lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space through subleasing.
  • Negotiate and redline leases, amendments, purchase and sale agreements.
  • Comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of lease documents and experience negotiating and redlining leases, amendments, purchase and sale agreements.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents.
  • Ability to respond effectively to time-sensitive issues.
  • Ability to write reports using distinctive style.
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to clients, executives, and/or public groups.
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively and diplomatically with clients, executives, and other parties to take desired action.
