The Quality Assurance Analyst III (Commercial Loan Document Review) is a critical role within TD Bank Group, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of commercial loan documents.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough reviews of loan documents to identify and correct errors, minimizing margin compression issues and reducing customer irritants.
- Develop and implement process improvements to advance service quality and streamline functions.
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced staff, ensuring adherence to set quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate regulatory reporting and strengthen the bank's risk profile.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial loan document review or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide leadership and direction to others.
