Marketing Director

About the Role
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth, retention, and customer engagement. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with Cogeco's overall strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in target markets.
- Design, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to ensure user experience and delivered projects meet acceptance criteria.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the telecommunications sector to remain competitive across all channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including emails, direct mailing, case studies, and presentations, tailored for B2B/B2C audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring all initiatives are cost-efficient and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C marketing principles, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and customer engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and sales platforms (Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and French to effectively communicate with stakeholders across Canada and the United States is a plus.
