About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Inventory Planner to join our Analytics Team at Havenly. As a key member of our team, you will leverage our data to enable accurate visibility of inventory and forecast demand for our brands. Your analyses will inform strategic decisions, including markdowns, inventory investments, and purchase order recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain procedures and tools for data-driven SKU-level inventory planning.
  • Implement an open-to-buy strategy, monitoring inventory levels and on-order quantities, to provide weekly purchase orders to Supply Chain.
  • Analyze historical sales trends and develop statistical forecast models to evaluate forecast results.
  • Collaborate with teams on projections and reporting for new product launches, waitlist releases, and marketing/catalog features.
  • Provide monthly forecasts to the Supply Chain team to optimize raw materials, production costs, supplier capacity, and freight resources.
Requirements
  • BA/BS or higher degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in demand planning and inventory management of DTC consumer goods (Home Goods a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive results through data-informed decisions.
  • Working knowledge of retail math, inventory planning concepts, manufacturing, and logistics processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ecom platforms, ERPs, WMS, and BI tools.
  • Team player with effective cross-functional relationships and prioritization skills.
