Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Facilitator to support our Military Employment Support program. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering workshops and training sessions to assist Military Veterans in their transition to civilian employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to groups of up to 50 participants, focusing on employment skills, job searching, and career development.
  • Guide Veterans in identifying their career goals and providing support in recognizing employment or education gaps.
  • Provide comprehensive training on civilian employment, job application processes, networking, and technical training opportunities.
  • Conduct large group instruction and offer individual career counseling to Veterans.
  • Facilitate workshops on site and travel to various locations as required.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience as a professional trainer or facilitator.
  • OR an Associate's degree and relevant experience.
  • Experience demonstrating understanding of private and public sector employment processes.
  • Experience as a classroom instructor and ability to facilitate workshops on site.
  • Knowledge of the workplace, jobs, and requirements for entry into those jobs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Military clients and possess excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Office.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience providing Veterans with comprehensive training on preparing for civilian employment, job searching, and job application processes.
  • Experience as a classroom instructor and ability to facilitate large group instruction.
