Hospice Services Lead Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospice Services Lead to join our team at Feufo Inc. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned leader to oversee hospice care operations, utilizing expertise in end-of-life services to manage patient cases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide leadership and guidance by mentoring clinicians to promote effective performance and compassionate care delivery, ensuring seamless coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
  • To plan and direct care services through home visits, conferences, and record reviews, assessing patient needs and adjusting care plans accordingly.
  • To support and educate staff by setting immediate and long-term therapeutic goals, offering guidance on hospice care best practices, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • A Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
  • Previous experience in hospice/home care setting and two years management or supervisory experience, demonstrating ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting.
  • Excellent observation, good nursing judgment, and communication skills, understanding hospice philosophy and issues of death/dying, as well as principles of pain/symptom management.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
