About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 to $185,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Clinical Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented interdisciplinary team to provide clinical care and leadership for the Neurology Service Line.

About the Role

The Clinical Lead will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients with acute and chronic conditions, including stroke and other neurological disorders. This will involve performing comprehensive history and physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized plans of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating and managing patients with acute and chronic conditions, including stroke and other neurological disorders.
  • Developing and implementing individualized plans of care, including medication management and rehabilitation strategies.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Provider who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing and current Delaware APRN license or ability to obtain. Previous experience in hospital or acute care settings is highly desirable.
