Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Quality Control Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in all our construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the quality control department, ensuring all team members are trained and performing to a high standard.
  • Implement and manage the three phases of control system, including preparatory phase, initial phase, and follow-up phase.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site work teams to ensure all construction activities align with the project plan and quality requirements.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of O&Ms (Operation and Maintenance) for all projects.
  • Develop and implement quality control methodologies to enhance the efficiency of construction processes.
  • Manage the inspection of completed works, ensuring all work meets the required standard and project specifications.
  • Ensure all materials, machinery, and equipment meet the necessary quality standards and regulations.
  • Oversee the management of any incidents or issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a quality control management role within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in project management and site work.
  • Experience in the wastewater treatment sector is highly desirable.
  • Extensive knowledge of quality control standards and regulations within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of the three phases of control system.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using quality control software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Certification in quality control or project management is a plus.
