About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a background in sales within the alcoholic spirits industry, who is eager to drive sales growth and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territory and meet short and long-term business goals.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Use CRM software and other sales reporting tools to track sales performance and manage customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven work experience in sales within the alcoholic spirits industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and food and beverage industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
