Key Responsibilities- Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
- Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work as a member of a direct care team to provide individualized support and care
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
- Valid Oregon driver's license and a safe driving record
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds
- A competitive starting wage of $22.00 per hour, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans
