Job Title: HBM Memory Core Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled HBM Memory Core Design Engineer to join our Heterogeneous Integration Group (HIG) at Micron Technology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing digital and analog circuits used in the development of memory products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize memory and logic circuits for HBM products
  • Perform parasitic modeling and design validation
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in CMOS circuit design and device physics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper manufacturability of products
  • Drive innovation in memory generations and contribute to the development of new HBM product opportunities

Requirements:

  • BSEE or MSEE degree
  • Extensive knowledge of CMOS circuit design and device physics
  • Familiarity with schematic entry and simulation using Finesim and/or Hspice
  • Experience with power network analysis and verilog modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
