We are seeking a skilled Wood Flooring Helper to join our team at PeopleReady. As a Wood Flooring Helper, you will assist with various tasks, including sanding floors, learning how to lay hardwood floors, and working with installers to lay high-end wood floors in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with tasks as needed, including sanding floors, loading and unloading equipment and materials from trucks, and cleaning up and removing debris.
  • Learn how to lay hardwood floors and work with installers to complete high-end wood flooring projects in residential settings.
  • Operate power tools, including sanders, edgers, and cutters.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Entry-level position with a willingness to learn the trade.
  • General labor experience and a background check.
  • Ability to work on floors for the majority of the day and lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis.
