Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Representative. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in educating customers about insurance options and working with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
