Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to members and guests.
  • Check members into the system and facilitate the new account sign-up process.
  • Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the club facilities.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
