Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty
- Provide expert knowledge of tire and auto products and services to customers
- Assist customers with their product needs and provide recommendations
- Ensure a positive customer experience through energetic responsiveness and attention to detail
- Follow proper checkout procedures and explain warranties and options to customers
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the tire industry
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Demonstrated success in retail sales is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and spend a considerable amount of time standing and walking
