Position Summary

As a Culinary Operations Supervisor, you will lead our Prepared Foods Team with integrity, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for food. This role is pivotal in motivating both Team Members and customers to appreciate the joys of culinary experiences. You will oversee the Prepared Foods Team at our locations, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service. Your expertise will guide Team Members and guests in crafting delightful meals from inception to presentation, while also staying informed about the latest offerings in our department. Leaders are responsible for maintaining optimal performance within the department at all times. Represent the organization with professionalism and foster an environment of mutual respect, inclusion, and dignity. Regularly coach Team Members with constructive feedback, identifying growth opportunities and guiding them towards success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
    1. Recruiting, selecting, and training Team Members;
    2. Directing daily operations of Team Members;
    3. Evaluating Team Members' performance to recommend promotions or changes;
    4. Addressing Team Member concerns and complaints;
    5. Implementing disciplinary actions when necessary;
    6. Planning departmental workflows;
    7. Assigning tasks to Team Members;
    8. Ensuring safety and security for Team Members and customers;
    9. Managing departmental budgets and financials;
    10. Overseeing inventory management and compliance measures.

  • Prioritize safety in all operational aspects for Team Members, customers, and products.
  • Encourage a passion for food within the team and among guests, striving to deliver exceptional products.
  • Set ambitious sales and profit targets while managing inventory effectively.

  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure promotions are effectively communicated.
