Position Overview

SAIC is looking for a Program Analyst to support our operations. This role is Hybrid/Remote and candidates should be located in San Diego, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management for level of effort (LOE) task orders related to the Naval Information Warfare (NAVWAR) PMW-160 Tactical Networks Capabilities Based In-Service Engineering Agent (TACNET CB-ISEA) contract.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and Government clients on project financials, timelines, and performance metrics that affect contract obligations.
  • Facilitate the coordination of technical initiatives and authorize all project-related expenses, including personnel costs, travel, Other Direct Costs (ODCs), and material acquisitions.
  • Manage annual operational budgets utilizing customer spend plans, prime and subcontractor proposals, Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Estimates at Completion (EACs), and internal financial tracking systems.
  • Generate project deliverables (Contract Data Requirements Lists - CDRLs) and financial documentation for both internal and client project evaluations, and create action plans and presentations for project status discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate financial and accounting policies as well as Government regulations pertinent to the contract.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience; or a master's degree with at least one (1) year of experience.
  • Possession of an active Secret clearance.
  • Expertise in developing and managing financial budgets.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with all stages of the project management lifecycle.
  • Proficient in relevant software applications, particularly Excel and Costpoint.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Salary Information:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,001 - $120,000, reflecting the typical compensation based on experience and other relevant factors.
