Job DescriptionWe are seeking a multidisciplined engineer to support our ongoing efforts in the design, production, testing, and delivery of the Propulsion Plant Team Trainer (PPTT) Simulator Engineering (PSE) unit. This exciting opportunity is open to engineers willing to work at either the Bettis Site (PA) or the Kesselring Site (NY).
Key Responsibilities- Plan and conduct independent work efforts throughout the project lifecycle
- Interface with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are being met
- Perform design reviews and technical interchanges with Suppliers
- Review and disposition Supplier design submittals to validate designs based on technical requirements
- Support on-site hardware inspections and testing of production equipment at Supplier facilities
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science-related field and 9 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in engineering or a science-related field and 7 years of relevant experience. Preferred skills include experience in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Training Program, SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modeling software, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay RangeThe annual salary for this position is $103,100.00 to $161,100.00, based on candidate experience and qualifications.
