Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the organization and management of manufacturing tasks in alignment with the financial strategy.
- Monitor and maintain sufficient inventory levels to meet demand requirements.
- Evaluate demand trends to establish work order release strategies that align with financial objectives.
- Manage planning parameters and data within the ERP system to ensure precision.
- Coordinate with cross-departmental teams, including production, warehousing, and logistics, to facilitate seamless material movement.
- Conduct routine inventory assessments and implement corrective measures to uphold accurate inventory documentation.
- Investigate and address delays in material logistics.
- Act as the representative for customer interests, focusing on on-time delivery and shortage management.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to review BOM accuracy, update routers, and address material rejections to expedite processing and release.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in material planning.
- Proven experience with MRP, ERP systems, and work order management.
- Knowledge of demand forecasting methodologies.
