Key Responsibilities:
  • Record, process, and review all benefit claims (pensions or lump sum payments) in our inventory management system.
  • Exchange information and reconcile data with all parties involved, including account management, beneficiaries, former employers, health insurance companies, authorities, and support of the inventory management system.
  • Maintain, develop, and expand the pensioner administration in the inventory management system.
  • Control payments via DATEV, check, and reconcile them with the accounting in payment transactions.
  • Participate in cross-team special projects.
Requirements:
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example, in insurance, health insurance, or tax law, or a relevant degree or professional training.
  • You have professional experience in claims processing in the life insurance sector, ideally in occupational pension schemes at a pension service provider.
  • You ideally have professional experience in payroll accounting.
