Position Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) operates within their designated scope of practice under the guidance and oversight of a Registered Nurse, assisting in the delivery of patient care and executing assigned tasks from the nursing care plan.

Key Responsibilities:
Upon completion of orientation, the CNA will take on delegated responsibilities, which may encompass:

  • Addressing the hygiene, nutritional, elimination, activity, comfort, and safety needs of patients.
  • Monitoring and reporting vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
  • Assisting with patient transfers and discharges.
  • Gathering necessary supplies and equipment from designated areas.

- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire

Compensation:
The listed amounts represent the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
