About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Acute Dialysis Nurse. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver dialysis care to patients in a hospital setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) preferred
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
