Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Palette Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with room assignments, key card distribution, and other front desk-related tasks
  • Support the Night Auditor with accounting and reporting duties
  • Inform departments of special requests, early/late departures, and other guest requests
  • Maintain good communication and work relationships with hotel staff
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of front desk experience
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • High level of IT proficiency
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish
