Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional guest service and sales at the front desk
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Offer guidance and recommendations to guests on hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest service and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of consistent employment experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
