About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Development Manager to join our team in Liverpool, NY. This role offers a unique chance to shape the clean slate market in semiconductor, ceramics, and environmental sciences while enjoying a flexible schedule and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting the semiconductor, ceramic, and university sectors.
  • Engage in cold calling, marketing, and relationship-building to expand the customer base.
  • Travel across the U.S. to meet clients, with onsite work in Lake Pleasant, NY when not traveling.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure operational success and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and attend trade shows to drive growth.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of business development experience.
  • Comfort with cold calling, marketing, and strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in capital equipment, ceramics, semiconductor, or related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and P&L (a plus).
  • A self-motivated attitude with excellent communication and organizational skills.
