We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Clerk to join our team at the newly opened Homewood Suites/Hampton Inn Boston Woburn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
  • Maintain a high level of service and hospitality, ensuring our guests feel valued and respected.
  • Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow all cash handling procedures as required by Concord Hospitality.
  • Handle guest mail and messages with respect to privacy and professionalism.
  • Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs, including travel programs and special offers.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and management on guest comments and concerns.
  • Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance.
  • Have full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
