A Day in Your Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an outstanding experience for every guest, whether by phone, text, or in person. You will welcome guests, share details about our savings plans, and provide essential product information.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting and selling Wax Passes, our savings programs, with unlimited bonuses based on your sales performance.
- Closing sales on products to enhance the guest's waxing experience.
- Collaborating with a dedicated team of associates and leaders to drive store success.

European Wax Center started as a family-owned salon, founded by two brothers who aimed to transform the waxing experience. They recognized the importance of finding the right wax and developed a formula that nourishes the skin while ensuring a virtually pain-free waxing process.
Our proprietary Comfort Wax has established European Wax Center as the leading wax specialty personal care brand in the United States, with over 800 centers nationwide. Our locations are independently operated by local owners, committed to providing exceptional service.
