Job Title: Mobile Automation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Automation Engineer to join our team at Info Way Solutions. As a Mobile Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automated test scripts for mobile applications using tools such as Appium, Selenium, and Cucumber.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive test automation framework to ensure efficient and effective testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of mobile applications.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of test automation frameworks, test plans, and test cases.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our testing practices remain current and effective.

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of experience in software testing with over 2 years of experience in API testing.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application testing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to autonomously solve problems, as well as collaborate with direct and extended teams.
  • Should be able to test mobile products across multiple platforms, including web applications, iOS, and Android.
  • Knowledge of SQL, DBMS/RDBMS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of automation, and web services validation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, and Cucumber.
  • Experience with mobile application development and testing.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
