We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Automation QA Engineer to join our team at Info Way Solutions. As a key member of our expanding development team, you will be responsible for writing automated acceptance tests for Native iOS and Android Mobile Apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement a comprehensive test automation strategy, including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach.
  • Implement, maintain, and improve test automation frameworks to ensure seamless integration with our Continuous Delivery pipeline.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure test automation is an integral part of our development process.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, training, and mentoring to implement test automation across the organization.
  • Conduct automation feasibility studies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in automation using Appium for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing test automation frameworks for large-scale systems in agile development environments.
  • Hands-on test automation experience in a professional software development environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of various testing techniques and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery principles.
  • Experience with agile and waterfall testing methodologies and ALM tools such as JIRA, Client ALM, etc.
  • Experience in unit and integration testing, with exposure to data virtualization tools.
  • Experience with multiple test automation frameworks, including Selenium and Appium.
  • Demonstrated experience developing high-quality test strategies and test execution, with a focus on cross-browser/OS and cross-device testing.
  • Ability to create good acceptance and integration test automation scripts, and integrate with Continuous Integration and code coverage tools to ensure 80% or higher code coverage.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
