Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic relationships with site contacts within your assigned territory to provide exceptional service and support.
- Meet with participants virtually and conduct webinars to educate them on the features and benefits of our employer-sponsored Defined Contribution (DC) retirement plans and retirement readiness.
- Work closely with internal business partners to deliver increased client value and act as the "voice of the customer" by relaying important client feedback to the appropriate Retirement Services area.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial services or retirement planning.
- Satisfy service level agreements for the plan and achieve business results.
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of mutual funds/separate accounts and an understanding of the risk/reward trade-off for all securities.
- Hold FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.
- A competitive base salary range of $63,125.00 to $89,125.00.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- A 401(k) plan with generous company matching contributions and a broad investment lineup.
- Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year.
