About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Plan Counselor to join our team at Empower. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in helping individuals build a healthy retirement and plan their financial future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic relationships with site contacts within your assigned territory to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Meet with participants virtually and conduct webinars to educate them on the features and benefits of our employer-sponsored Defined Contribution (DC) retirement plans and retirement readiness.
  • Work closely with internal business partners to deliver increased client value and act as the "voice of the customer" by relaying important client feedback to the appropriate Retirement Services area.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial services or retirement planning.
  • Satisfy service level agreements for the plan and achieve business results.
  • Possess a comprehensive knowledge of mutual funds/separate accounts and an understanding of the risk/reward trade-off for all securities.
  • Hold FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses.
