Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to play a crucial role in our operations. You will be responsible for delivering precise and competitive cost estimates for various construction projects, directly influencing client decision-making and project success. Key Responsibilities:

As an Estimator, your main duties will include:

  1. Thoroughly analyzing project documents to understand requirements and specifications.

  3. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to discuss estimates and resolve discrepancies.

  6. Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and pricing for construction materials.
