Key Responsibilities:
- Convert incoming inquiries into scheduled service appointments.
- Deliver call scripts with a natural, engaging tone, ensuring clarity and warmth.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues and promoting our brand.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
- Participate in training sessions to refine your appointment-setting skills and outbound calling techniques.
- Follow company protocols to effectively address customer complaints and ensure positive outcomes.
- Keep accurate and current customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a productive work environment.
- Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Home Services or Skilled Trades is highly desirable.
- 2-5 years of Call Center experience is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong phone etiquette.
- Ability to solve problems and manage challenging situations effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
