Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert incoming inquiries into scheduled service appointments.
  • Deliver call scripts with a natural, engaging tone, ensuring clarity and warmth.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues and promoting our brand.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty.
  • Participate in training sessions to refine your appointment-setting skills and outbound calling techniques.
  • Follow company protocols to effectively address customer complaints and ensure positive outcomes.
  • Keep accurate and current customer records in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a productive work environment.
  • Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Home Services or Skilled Trades is highly desirable.
  • 2-5 years of Call Center experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong phone etiquette.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage challenging situations effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
