Practice Details

  • As an Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care
  • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
  • No call is required

Qualifications
  • Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program
  • BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC

  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
  • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required)
Preferred Qualification
  • Minimum of two years or more of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
