- Lead Environmental Health and Safety Initiatives: Lead and manage environmental health and safety initiatives across the organization, including the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Conduct Risk Assessments and Develop Mitigation Strategies: Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to identify and address potential environmental health and safety hazards.
- Develop and Implement Compliance Programs: Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure environmental health and safety considerations are integrated into all aspects of our business.

- Industry Knowledge: Industry knowledge and expertise in environmental health and safety, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
- Professional Certifications: Professional certifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, are highly desirable.
