Andgar Mechanical, LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or education. Our service area spans from Whatcom County to N. King County, and our technicians are committed to delivering exceptional field service on both Residential and Commercial HVAC systems, which may include: AC Units, Dehumidifiers, Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Oil/Boilers, Refrigerators, Freezers (sealed systems), and various other home appliances.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $24 - $49, depending on experience
- Additional compensation through SPIFFS

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including technical installation and startup
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Assist in generating proposals for HVAC repair and replacement
- Achieve key performance productivity targets
- Deliver knowledgeable and courteous repair services
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience or equivalent technical education
- Possession of a 06A Trainee card
- Preferred: EPA Refrigerant Handling card
- Strong electrical, mechanical, diagnostic, and repair skills
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Must be drug/alcohol-free, including marijuana
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
