About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at Leith Toyota. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and storage locations
  • Process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and accuracy, and packing items for shipment
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, moving inventory and supplies within the warehouse
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Fulfill additional duties as needed, including filling in as a back-up delivery driver
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Previous experience in shipping and receiving, warehousing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent use of a forklift
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated annual salary: $45,000 - $55,000
