Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist I to join our team at Txtav. As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, processing basic deposit and loan transactions, and working collaboratively with colleagues to address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with researching and implementing new technology to expand contact center services
  • Have a detailed understanding of Credit Union policies and procedures
  • Understand the services of the Credit Union, including member services, loan services, and online services
  • Work in a team environment to address customer needs
  • Process incoming member calls and assist where necessary
  • Assist and process members with member service, loan, and online service questions regarding their accounts

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED required; some college preferred
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience in financial services or equivalent experience in a contact center, retail sales, or a goal-oriented environment
