Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop and execute project plans, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, to ensure timely and effective completion of projects.
- Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the success of projects and the safety of personnel.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement new processes and equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- Lean and Productivity Improvement: Drive lean and productivity improvement initiatives across the plant, utilizing tools such as Kaizen events, 5S, 8D, and root cause analysis.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance in problem-solving, utilizing statistical analysis, DOE's, and other root cause analytical tools.
- Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain schedules for all projects assigned.
- PPAP and Customer Qualifications: Prepare PPAP's for new products and customer qualifications.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Experience: 10 years of practical, hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Project Management Skills: Proven project management skills and experience required.
- Lean and Six Sigma: Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma principles preferred.
